Corn Maque Choux

Standard Cajun side dish made with corn, green bell peppers, onions, red bell peppers, and spicy cajun seasoning.

Dirty Rice

Classic Cajun Dirty Rice with the Holy Trinity of cajun cooking (White onion, Green Bell Pepper, and Celery), beef, sausage, and a bit of spice! This can be an entree as well!

Fried Rice

The classic! Peas, carrots, eggs, some green onions. Don't worry, we do it right, with succulent rice and the perfect amount of smokey umami!

Porcini Risotto 

This Italian staple needs no introduction. Creamy arborio rice, white onion,  and fresh cut mushrooms. 

Pesto and Walnut Risotto

A classic risotto with house made garlic-basil pesto and chopped walnuts. 

Mashed Potatoes

You've had the rest, now have the best! Marc does not hesitate to put these mashed spuds up against any you've ever had! If you find better, he wants to know where and who to give his money to. 

Pan fried Rosemary Gold Potatoes

Golden potatoes pan fried in extra virgin olive oil with rosemary, crushed garlic, minced onions, a touch of crushed red pepper and, of course, salt and pepper.

Baguette with Pesto

Homemade French Baguettes, sliced and served with our Garlic or Tomato Pesto! (Or both!)

Garlic Bread

French baguette topped with a blend of butter, roast garlic, salt, and pepper and toasted

Asian Fried Veggies

A mix of carrots, sugar snap peas, broccoli, red bell peppers, onion, and garlic roasted and lightly tossed in soy sauce.

Streamed Broccoli or Mixed Veggies

Any combination of broccoli, carrots, cauliflower, green beans, or zucchini, lightly salted and tossed.

Mac n' Cheese

A blend of 3 cheeses covering cellentani or elbow pasta with bacon, garlic, and onions generously topped with parmesan and bread crumbs.
