Time to eat! Pastas, curries, meats, sandwiches, and more! We recommend choosing more than one if there will be 20 or more people eating. It helps ensure everyone leaves happy!

Salads
House Salad or Chef's Cob Salad

Leafy greens, tomatoes, shredded carrots and red onion. Add hard boiled eggs, turkey breast, ham, and avocado for our combo of a Chef's Salad and Cob Salad. Served with your choice of Ranch, Bleu Cheese, Italian, Balsamic Vinaigrette, or Raspberry Vinaigrette.

Greek Salad

Chopped Romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, onions, kalamata olives, and english cucumber all topped with feta cheese and a house made dressing.

Rice Dishes
Jambalaya

Andouille sausage, Chicken thighs, and Shrimp cooked in savory rice with onions, green bell pepper, and celery, the holy trinity!

Pesto and Walnut Risotto

A classic risotto with house-made garlic-basil pesto and chopped walnuts. Add chicken, beef, or bacon! 

Porcini Risotto with Bacon and Peas 

Mushroom risotto made with white wine, Bacon, Peas, Parmesan Cheese, and garlic.

Asian Dishes
Sweet Chili Chicken, Beef, or Pork

Your choice of meat/s served with fried or steamed rice and steamed or pan-fried veggies

Teriyaki Chicken, Beef, or Pork

Your choice of meat/s served with fried or steamed rice and steamed or pan-fried veggies

Thai Red Curry

Coconut curry made with red curry paste, golden potatoes bell peppers, and your choice of chicken or beef. Served with white or fried rice.

Chicken Udon Curry

A Japanese roux based curry served over Udon Noddles with Carrots, Onions, Shiitake Mushrooms.

Chicken Korma

In Indian, Korma means "to braise" but we take the British Indian Restaurant approach and cook our chicken in a mild, buttery, delicious sauce. Served over steamed Jasmine Rice

Pad Thai

Classic Pad Thai with your choice of beef, chicken, shrimp, or veggies.

Pasta Dishes
Chicken Bacon Mac n' Cheese

A blend of 3 cheeses covering cellentani or elbow pasta with chicken, bacon, garlic, and onions generously topped with parmesan and bread crumbs.  

Baked Ziti

A family recipe! Ziti baked with Italian sausage, house made tomato sauce, and parmesan and mozzarella cheese.

Lasagna

Layers of marinara sauce, ricotta cheese, beef and sausage, and the well known large flat noodles. Some things never need to change.

Fettucini Alfredo

Italian-American food at it's finest! This cream based, cheese infused sauce goes well with chicken or shrimp. We like it with pease, but we'll leave that as an option if you're weary. *Add peas for a chef's favorite.

Spaghetti and Meatballs

Quality spaghetti, always al dente, served with our hearty House Tomato Sauce and hand rolled beef and sausage meatballs!

Meats and Meat Dishes
Roasted Chicken Breasts, Thighs, Drumsticks

After a mild brining we dry rub these birds and roast them to perfection! Add BBQ sauce or Teriyaki for extra tang!

Pulled Pork Sandwiches

Tender, juicy, smoked pork butt pulled and served with mustard, classic, sweet, or spicy BBQ sauce the classic way or add some coleslaw for a staple of Caroline BBQ!
